ADP, Inc. is hiring a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO). In this role you will close sales within a defined territory, join award-winning training, and build relationships with HR and executive decision-makers to present the best ADP solutions.

You will manage multiple sales processes, document them, and guide deals from prospecting to implementation, earning competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) within a results-driven environment.
• Military experience is valued for the discipline, commitment, and problem-solving abilities you bring.
• Ambitious, motivated to hit and exceed sales quotas in outside B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: close sales in a defined territory and reach goals using a top-down strategy.
• Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients: close sales by recommending the right solutions and build referral business.
• Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family: cross-sell cloud-based HR solutions and collaborate across accounts.
