Adhesives Research, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Leader to drive commercial growth across an assigned US territory. You will develop a strategic plan, prospect new customers, expand key accounts, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver differentiated adhesive solutions.

You will build trusted relationships with stakeholders, manage the sales pipeline, and forecast territory performance while traveling up to 60% to advance opportunities and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; technical/mechanical/engineering aptitude preferred.
• 3–5 years in technical sales, business development, or application engineering in adhesives or related field.

Responsibilities

• Owns commercial performance and long-term growth for the territory.
• Develops and executes a strategic territory business plan in line with AR’s growth priorities.
• Prospect, target, and secure new business opportunities through market analysis and relationship development.
• Grow existing customers via new applications, product adoption, and value-driven solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Operations, Product, Quality, Supply Chain) to deliver customer outcomes.
• Travel ~40–60% to support customer relationships and growth objectives.
