Job summary

Bostik is seeking a Territory Sales Manager – Packaging Adhesives to identify, pursue, and close new customer opportunities while expanding the pipeline and market share across a designated territory.

You will apply technical knowledge of adhesives and deliver consultative, value-based solutions, conducting demos, trials, and presentations to differentiate our offerings and win business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• 5+ years in B2B sales with a focus on new business development.
• Experience in industrial adhesives or packaging materials preferred.
• Technical aptitude to translate customer needs into solutions.
• Strong ability to build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline.
• Proven prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities via cold outreach, networking, events and referrals.
• Proactively pursue and close new business to meet revenue and margin targets.
• Manage all stages of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and pipeline in CRM (Salesforce).
• Build relationships with new customers and key decision-makers during onboarding.
• Ensure smooth transition from sale to implementation and early growth.
• Apply technical knowledge of packaging adhesives to deliver value-based solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and presentations to win new business.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in the territory.
