Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; technical or engineering background preferred.
• 3–5 years in technical sales, business development, or application engineering in adhesives or related industry.
• Proven ability to identify, develop, and close new opportunities while growing existing relationships.
• Ability to lead customer opportunities by coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Owns the commercial performance and long-term growth strategy for the territory.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan aligned with AR’s priorities.
• Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities through prospecting and market analysis.
• Grow existing customer relationships by expanding product adoption and delivering value-driven solutions.
• Understand customer applications, processes, trends, and AR’s technologies to position differentiated solutions.
