You will leverage technical product knowledge and industry networks to drive revenue growth while maintaining relationships with key decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales with a strong focus on new business development
• Experience in industrial adhesives, packaging materials, or technical product sales preferred
• Technical aptitude to translate customer needs into solutions
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through cold outreach, networking, industry events and referrals
• Proactively pursue and close new business opportunities to meet or exceed revenue and margin targets
• Manage all stages of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management in CRM
• Establish strong relationships with new customers and key decision-makers
• Ensure smooth transition from initial sale to implementation and growth
• Apply technical knowledge of packaging adhesives to deliver consultative solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and presentations to win new business
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity within the territory
