Job summary

Point Broadband is seeking a Business Account Executive in Springboro, OH to identify, prospect and close new accounts within a defined territory. You will sell a full suite of data and voice solutions and drive revenue through a high-activity sales model.

• Identify, prospect, and penetrate defined base of accounts.
• Be an expert at prospecting and funnel management.
• Must be self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Possess an intuitive understanding of the telecommunication business.
• Must have excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, negotiate with, and close new accounts.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of business accounts with high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Lead and orchestrate company resources in support of the customer relationship.
• Present professionally to all pertinent decision makers.
• Understand and navigate the defined sale process.
• Provide regular account updates and resolutions to ensure retention.
• Manage a sales module of at least 400 customers and maintain a funnel.
• Deliver monthly quota as established by management.
• Complete paperwork for each order or request.
• Provide weekly 30/60/90/120-day forecasts.
• Track activities and engagement using CRM tools.
