Job summary

Acuren is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition leader to spearhead local and national recruiting for technical projects across the country. You will oversee the TA team, partner with General Managers and hiring managers, and translate business needs into targeted staffing plans.

In this role, you will build strong talent pipelines through industry groups, schools, veterans organizations, and referrals, while forecasting workforce needs and guiding retention and career development for technical

Qualifications

8+ years in full cycle recruitment with supervisory experience.
Ability to translate business needs into staffing plans.
Experience sourcing for technical fields and projects.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of local and national recruiting strategies.
Oversee Talent Acquisition team and collaborate with GMs and hiring managers.
Build talent pipelines through partnerships with industry groups, schools, veterans, agencies, and referrals.
Define knowledge, skills, and abilities for roles and translate needs into recruitment plans.
Plan workforce forecasts and staff events.
Support retention and career development for technical staff.
