Job summary

JT4, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist III to join our corporate recruiting team and support hiring managers and senior executives across JT4 operating locations. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates for technical roles while managing the Applicant Tracking System and participating in career events.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for technical positions.
• Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws.
• Knowledge of Human Resources regulatory environment and compliance.
• Ability to obtain recruitment certification(s) as assigned.
• Must qualify for and maintain government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serves as main point of contact for hiring managers with open positions.
• Develops partnerships with recruitment team, hiring managers, and HR.
• Maintains communication with candidates and managers throughout the process.
• Provides full-cycle recruiting support from sourcing to onboarding.
• Manages and executes onboarding for new employees.
• Maintains ATS data and monthly reporting.
• Participates in career fairs and events as needed.
• Develops social media recruitment strategies.
