Job summary

Acuren is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition Leader to design and execute recruiting strategies for technical talent nationwide, including outages and field inspections. You will lead the Talent Acquisition team and partner with GMs and managers to translate business needs into targeted staffing plans.

You will build workforce forecasts, develop talent pipelines through industry networks, and drive regional and national recruiting programs while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in full cycle recruitment with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of staffing practices and regulatory requirements.
• Strong ability to source and engage technical candidates for niche roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional and national recruitment strategies.
