Job summary

CertaSite is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruiting strategy, build scalable pipelines, and partner with leaders across the business to fuel growth, new markets, and acquisitions.

You will lead a recruiting team, set priorities, and drive data-driven hiring while strengthening practices for field and technician talent critical to our expansion. This is a growth‑oriented, mission‑driven opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Leadership, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience, including 3+ years’ experience leading recruiters or a talent acquisition function.
• Experience developing recruiting strategies and talent pipelines in a high-growth, multi-location organization.
• Experience recruiting across multiple organizational levels, including high-volume/hourly or skilled-trade roles and professional or leadership positions.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, recruiting analytics, sourcing technology, and contemporary recruiting channels and practices.
• PHR, SHRM‑CP/SCP, or talent acquisition certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise talent acquisition strategy aligned with growth, new markets, and acquisitions.
• Develop proactive talent programs and pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Own recruiting metrics and dashboards to inform business decisions and improve speed and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead, coach, and develop the recruiting team with clear accountability for outcomes and candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to optimize compensation recommendations, offers, and closing key candidates.
