Job summary

Icertis is seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our TA function during growth. This player-coach role will manage a small team of recruiters while personally recruiting for executive and hard-to-fill roles.

You will shape recruiting strategy, evaluate AI-enabled tools, and work with executives on workforce planning, branding, and candidate experience. The role emphasizes integrity, security, and a proactive approach to labor market intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years in talent acquisition; 10+ years full-cycle recruitment.
• 5+ years leading talent acquisition teams; executive recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a TA team of 3–5 recruiters with accountability culture.
• Personally manage executive and hard-to-fill roles as hands-on leader.
• Build pipelines via sourcing, market mapping, and engagement.
• Partner with executives on workforce planning to anticipate needs.
• Translate market data into recruiting strategies for leadership.
• Evaluate AI-enabled recruiting tools and manage implementation risks.
• Safeguard hiring integrity against fraud and deepfakes with verification.
• Educate leaders on current recruiting practices and future trends.
• Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.
