Job summary

IGEL Technology in Dallas/Jacksonville hybrid is seeking a Technical Relationship Manager to build and maintain strategic relationships with large enterprise customers, focusing on financial services. The role blends hands-on technical guidance with executive-level relationship management across IGEL’s cross-functional teams.

You will coordinate support escalations, drive customer success initiatives, and help outline roadmaps, upgrades, and future deployments while traveling up to 20% for site

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years directly supporting enterprise customers as TRM/TAM.
• 5+ years engineering/IT infrastructure experience with vendors or VARs.
• Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Horizon, and Microsoft Remote Desktop Services.
• Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, 802.1X, and RADIUS.
• 2+ years hands-on IGEL products or similar endpoints including Linux/UNIX, Citrix, Cisco IOS.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows and Linux logs.
• Excellent communication and independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term strategic relationships with enterprise customers.
• Serve as a trusted technical adviser, understanding customer objectives and priorities.
• Provide guidance on IGEL products, capabilities, functionality, and best practices.
• Coordinate technical support escalations with IGEL teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist customers in identifying and submitting product enhancement requests.
• Review projects and provide guidance on architecture, upgrades, migrations, and future deployments.
• Develop technical account plans detailing environments, priorities, and roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, security, and efficiency.
