IGEL Technology in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a seasoned Professional Services Project Manager for the Americas to orchestrate large-scale deployments of the IGEL OS ecosystem. You will drive end-to-end delivery, manage scope, and lead cross-functional teams across engineering, support, sales, and product management.

The role requires 5+ years of software project management or technical consulting experience in enterprise infrastructure or VDI/DaaS deployments, with direct communication and risk

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years leading enterprise software deployments (VDI/DaaS).
• Proven multi-phase project governance with scope control and risk management.
• Bachelor-level degree in CS/IT/Business or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead enterprise client delivery with SOW governance.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and TRMs to unblock issues.
• Create project timelines, resource plans, and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales and Presales for handoffs and alignment.
• Ensure security, budget, and endpoint targets met.
• Oversee post-deployment handover to Customer Success.
• Document deployment architectures and lessons learned.
