Job summary

IGEL Technology GmbH in France is seeking an experienced Technical Relationship Manager to cement strategic relationships with enterprise customers and to act as a trusted technical advisor for deployment and expansion of IGEL solutions.

You will enable customers through knowledge transfer, guide projects and upgrades, and coordinate with product management to capture feature requests, ensuring performance, stability and customer success across complex environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting enterprise customers in a technical role.
• Strong background in virtualization technologies and platforms.
• Familiarity with directory services and networking concepts.
• Experience with Windows and Linux environments; scripting an asset.
• Certifications (VCP, MCSE, RHCA) highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with enterprise customers.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for deployment and expansion of IGEL solutions.
• Provide knowledge transfer and enablement on IGEL technologies.
• Manage complex support issues through resolution.
• Coordinate with Product Management on feature requests.
• Guide projects, upgrades, and implementation strategies.
