IGEL Technology in Fort Lauderdale seeks a Professional Services Project Manager to orchestrate enterprise deployments of the IGEL OS ecosystem. You will coordinate with CX, Solutions Architects, TRMs, and Sales to meet commitments, manage scope, and keep milestones on track.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in software project management or technical consulting, with enterprise infrastructure or VDI/DaaS deployments.

Formación

• 5+ years of software project management or technical consulting experience.
• Experience with enterprise-grade infrastructure or desktop virtualization deployments (VDI/DaaS).
• Familiarity with secure Edge OS environments, thin clients, or virtualization stacks.
• Active PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP).
• Strong negotiation and internal navigation skills; ability to align customer needs with engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise clients through structured Professional Services offerings with SOW compliance.
• Serve as internal advocate; coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, and TRMs.
• Establish project timelines, resource scheduling, and risk mitigation; provide executive delivery reports.
• Collaborate with Sales and Presales during handoffs to translate vision into execution.
• Ensure deployment architecture meets security and budget targets; promote platform health.
• Provide guidance on change management and user adoption for IGEL OS deployments.
• Oversee post-deployment handover to Customer Success and operations.
• Document deployment architectures and lessons learned for methodology improvement.
