• At least 4 years of recruiting experience and 2+ years in technical recruiting at high-growth startups.
• Proven track record of full-cycle, high-volume technical recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Make every hire better than the last by upholding high talent standards and refining recruiting criteria.
• Build strategic partnerships with leadership and recruiters to align hiring with business objectives.
• Source exceptional technical talent through creative channels beyond job boards and network referrals.
• Plan and execute end-to-end recruiting processes for technical roles with a smooth candidate experience.
• Communicate thoughtfully with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes using data-driven insights.
