Job summary

Stoke Space in Kent, WA is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruiting process from outreach to onboarding. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define needs, create effective strategies, and drive searches with urgency to close top technical talent.

The role requires 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting for technical disciplines, with strong stakeholder management, and experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles (electrical, mechanical, aerospace, manufacturing, or software).
• Proven ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies and influence hiring decisions.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills for multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and drive searches with urgency.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach.
• Serve as primary point of contact for candidates to ensure engaging experience.
• Coordinate onsite interviews and manage interview logistics.
