Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience with enterprise ATS (iCIMS), sourcing platforms, and data-driven pivots for niche technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound sourcing to cultivate passive candidate pools.
• Act as strategic advisor to Engineering leadership with data-driven hiring insights.
• Map competitor landscapes and identify technical hubs for pipelines in engineering, AI, cloud and cybersecurity.
• Conduct deep technical screenings for tech stacks like Java, AWS, and microservices.
• Meet delivery targets: 16+ technical hires per quarter with Time in Process ≤ 30 days.
• Maintain 2:1 submission-to-interview ratio through targeted shortlists.
