Job summary

Stevens is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter on a contract basis to support client engagement teams. You will recruit for software engineering, AI, and technical project management roles, conducting initial screening and advancing top candidates to final interviews with our team.

The role is hourly, contract, 1099, with hours varying by active engagements. You will work remotely from the United States, coordinating with Stevens leadership to understand staffing needs and maintain

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting technical talent for software engineering, AI, and tech project management roles.
• Ability to evaluate engineering backgrounds and project work during initial screening.
• Strong candidate relationship management and communication throughout the screening process.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate candidates for client engagement teams.
• Conduct first-round screening and assess technical background and fit.
• Coordinate final interviews and maintain candidate records in the ATS.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates for future engagements.
