Job summary

Stealth Startup is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering and technology roles in a fast-paced environment. You will source, screen, and close top technical talent, partnering closely with hiring managers to define requirements and timelines.

Responsibilities include managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and tracking recruitment metrics to continuously improve time-to-hire and quality of hires.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience hiring software engineering and other technical professionals.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other talent acquisition tools.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to assess technical backgrounds and understand engineering job requirements.
• Experience managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical positions from sourcing to onboarding.
• Recruit for Software Engineers, Senior Engineers, Engineering Managers, DevOps Engineers, and other tech roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities.
• Screen candidates to assess technical experience, communication skills, and culture fit.
• Build and maintain robust pipelines of qualified technical candidates.
• Coordinate technical interviews and communicate with candidates through the process.
• Manage compensation discussions, offers, and closures.
• Track metrics, identify bottlenecks, and improve time-to-hire and quality.
• Stay updated on technical hiring trends and market conditions.
