Job summary

EPITEC is seeking a Recruiter / Technical Talent Acquisition Partner in Irving, TX for a 12-month onsite contract. You will lead full-cycle recruiting for advanced technical roles in AI, robotics, software, and engineering, building robust pipelines and partnering with hiring managers to align talent strategy with business needs.

In this role, you will source proactively, screen and coordinate interviews, and deliver market intelligence and compensation insights to drive effective hiring

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
• Proven success recruiting for technical, engineering, software, AI, robotics, or related specialized talent.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM, and market mapping.
• Experience engaging passive candidates and building long-term talent communities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• High school diploma required; additional education and certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized technical and engineering positions.
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill skill sets.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and market conditions.
• Conduct candidate screening, assessment, and interview coordination while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Provide talent market intelligence, compensation insights, and competitive landscape research.
• Manage multiple complex requisitions while balancing quality, speed, and stakeholder expectations.
• Track recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring progress to drive data-informed decisions.
• Ensure compliance with recruiting processes, ATS/CRM management, and hiring best practices.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams and HR partners to support business-critical hiring initiatives.
