Persona AI is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to source and close world-class engineers for humanoid robotics in Houston. You’ll lead full-cycle recruiting across machine learning, autonomy, robotics software, and hardware roles, partnering with hiring managers to craft searches and drive offers.

You’ll own multi-requisition pipelines, build proactive sourcing strategies, and represent Persona AI as a credible market ambassador while supporting relocation for out-of-market talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Technical/engineering or deep-tech sourcing experience.
• Expert Boolean and multi-channel sourcing.
• Strong partnering with hiring managers and translating requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles (Machine Learning, Autonomy, Robotics).
• Run intake meetings and define role needs and success metrics.
• Build custom sourcing strategies per search using varied channels.
• Write outreach and engage passive candidates to start conversations.
• Manage offers, negotiations, and start-date planning.
• Represent Persona AI in market and support relocation needs.
