Job summary

Unknown is seeking an experienced Recruiter in Los Angeles to partner with hiring managers and build candidate pipelines for robotics, consumer electronics, and other technology roles with a focus on proactive sourcing and a superior candidate experience.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, leveraging ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify top talent in a fast-growing environment in the U.S. market.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience in an executive search firm, recruiting agency, RPO, or corporate recruiting environment.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Experience recruiting for robotics, consumer electronics, automotive, hardware, software, engineering, or other tech roles.
• Strong interpersonal, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings.
• Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and standard recruiting tools.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities.
• Experience hiring both technical and business professionals; familiarity with U.S. employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to attract, identify, and hire top talent.
• Focus on proactive talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and full-cycle recruitment while delivering a great candidate experience.
• Build strong talent pipelines and drive efficient hiring processes across robotics, consumer electronics, and other functions.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
• Proactively source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with HRBP and interview teams to facilitate hiring decisions and track recruiting activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and generate recruiting reports in the ATS.
• Support employer branding, recruiting events, and networking activities as needed.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor hiring activities in robotics and consumer electronics.
