Job summary

The Adecco Group in Irving, TX is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary, contract, and direct-hire roles across a variety of clients. Build a strong candidate pipeline and deliver top-tier service to clients and candidates.

You will manage the ATS and digital tools, develop local recruiting resources, and coordinate recruiting events, while ensuring effective candidate qualification and interview support.

Qualifications

• One plus years of Recruiting experience preferably in the Staffing Industry.
• ATS Experience
• Knowledge of Job Boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for temporary, contract, and direct-hire roles.
• Manage the ATS and digital tools to monitor the selection process.
• Develop recruiting plans and coordinate local events.
• Qualify candidates against standard requirements and conduct behavioral interviews.
• Assist candidates with resume and interview prep.
• Enter and track candidate data in ATS.
