Job summary

Ingenics is seeking a Senior Recruiting Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment across technical, engineering, and planning functions for internal initiatives and client projects. The role emphasizes sourcing, screening, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver high-quality talent.

You will manage job postings on LinkedIn and Indeed, partner with hiring managers, and build proactive pipelines while providing exceptional candidate experiences in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in technical, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or industrial operations.
• Hands-on experience with ATS systems, preferably UKG.
• Experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical, engineering, and planning roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to collect requisition requirements, define candidate profiles, and align on hiring timelines.
• Create and publish job postings on platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Conduct active sourcing to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Coordinate all interview stages and hiring manager interviews.
• Manage the offer process, including preparing and communicating job offers and facilitating candidate acceptance.
