Zusammenfassung

Ingenium Talent is seeking a Technical Recruiter to drive sourcing and recruiting strategies for qualified candidates that align with client needs. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to candidate engagement.

The Technical Recruiter will interact with leadership to facilitate the hiring process, guide candidates through evaluation and salary discussions, and ensure timely completion of pre-employment steps.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years professional experience in staffing, corporate, recruiting or professional sales environment.
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to self-manage, prioritize initiatives and work well in a team with competing demands.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with tact and diplomacy.
• Strong internet research skills; proficiency in MS Office; ability to grasp cutting edge technologies; build a social media presence for recruiting.

• Collaborate with colleagues to understand client hiring objectives and requirements.
• Submit candidates with information needed to facilitate hiring decisions, including salary recommendations.
• Coordinate interview and follow-up activities.
• Advise candidates through the recruiting process, including evaluation, interviews and salary negotiation.
• Ensure pre-employment steps, including reference checks and background/drug tests, are completed promptly.
• Manage consultants on assignment and redeploy as assignments end or change.
• Maintain diplomacy, confidentiality and respect in all interactions.
• Regularly connect with candidates, colleagues and clients to build relationships, expand industry knowledge, and generate referrals.

The Technical Recruiter plays a critical role in fueling Ingenium's mission of enhancing companies and strengthening careers. The Technical Recruiter executes sourcing and recruiting strategies to identify and attract qualified and diverse candidates, and then matches them to opportunities with our clients. The Technical Recruiter will interact with all levels of leadership to facilitate the internal hiring process. The Technical Recruiter will possess the uncanny ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a high-paced and fast-changing work environment.

Here are few of the key responsibilities:

• Source candidates through networking, employee referrals, job boards, social media presence ad searches, career fairs, internet research and direct contact.
• Collaborate with colleagues to fully understand the client’s hiring objectives and requirements.
• Submit candidates, providing information needed to facilitate hiring decisions, including salary recommendations.
• Coordinate interview and follow up activities.
• As the candidate advocate, guide candidates thorough the recruiting process, including evaluation of skills and expertise, the interview process and salary negotiation.
• Ensure pre-employment steps, including reference checks and background and drug tests are completed in a timely fashion.
• Manage consultants while on assignment; facilitate redeployment of consultants as assignments approach completion.
• Conduct all interactions with the utmost diplomacy and tact. Maintain confidentiality and treat others with conscientious respect.
• Connect with candidates, colleagues and clients on a regular basis to develop and maintain relationships, expand industry knowledge, and generate referrals and leads.
• Stay abreast of current recruiting trends and recommend creative strategies to meet hiring goals

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years professional experience in a staffing, corporate, recruiting or professional sales environment
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to self-manage, prioritize initiatives and work well in a team environment with competing demands and tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
• Strong internet research skills. Proficiency in MS office, including Word and Excel. Ability to grasp cutting edge technologies. Strong ability to build a social media presence and utilize social media from a recruiting standpoint.
