Genesis Technical Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering, industrial, and manufacturing roles. You will partner with hiring managers, build a strong talent pipeline, and guide candidates from first contact to offer.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, fast-paced execution, and evaluating technical talent with sound judgment. Experience with heavy industrial sectors and Bullhorn is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in engineering, industrial, or professional roles.
• Proven ability to build pipelines and manage multiple requisitions.
• Fluency across sourcing channels: internet research, social networks, agencies, events.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency.
• Sound judgment and discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering/technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, vendors, and passive outreach.
• Create custom pre-screening questions and evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate travel as needed.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and managers.
• Manage offers, background checks, and onboarding.
• Support internal promotions and transfers; maintain ATS data.
• Stay current on labor market trends and compliance for federal contractor recruiting.
