Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own planning and execution across quote-to-cash systems, coordinating engineering, finance, and legal teams to deliver prioritized programs. You will drive cross-team roadmaps, ensure SOX readiness, and provide leadership with a clear view of priorities, dependencies, and progress.

This hybrid role requires 6+ years in technical program management and a track record of delivering complex enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program management experience in cross-functional environments.
• Technical depth in enterprise systems integration: CPQ, ERP, billing, and provisioning platforms.
• Experience running SOX/SOC or similar compliance programs.
• Ability to translate between engineers, finance, sales operations, legal, and executives.
• Comfort with shaping an operating model that is still being defined.

Responsibilities

• Build and run cross-team planning and cadence for quote-to-cash: shared roadmap, clear DRIs, dependencies, and a single source of truth for leadership.
• Drive the highest-priority cross-team programs end to end, from scoping and trade-offs through delivery, across engineering, GTM systems, deal desk, order management, accounting, and legal.
• Own the SOX readiness program for quote-to-cash systems: gap closure, control design and evidence collection, and coordination with internal audit.
• Manage technical dependencies across CPQ, contract data model, provisioning automation, billing platform, and the integrations between them.
