Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to partner with enterprise foundations across product, engineering, and GTM. You will own planning rhythms, drive high-priority programs end to end, and provide leadership visibility on coverage and progress for enterprise readiness.

You will translate regulatory and customer requirements into technical programs, work with legal and security teams, and collaborate with sales and customer success on deals and escalations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program management experience.
• Ability to drive cross-functional programs from scratch in ambiguous environments.
• Experience with enterprise security, privacy, and regulatory reviews.

Responsibilities

• Run the planning and operating cadence for the enterprise foundations roadmap across surfaces with clear DRIs and a single source of truth.
• Drive the highest-priority foundational programs end to end, from scoping to delivery.
• Shape the readiness bar for new products and features before enterprise release.
• Collaborate across sales, customer success, solutions, and support on active deals and escalations; participate in security and compliance reviews.
• Translate customer and regulatory requirements into technical programs with leadership alignment.
