Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own planning and execution for quote-to-cash programs. You will coordinate across engineering, finance, order management, and legal, delivering end-to-end initiatives with clear priorities, dependencies, and progress visibility.

You will also lead the SOX readiness efforts for the quote-to-cash stack, ensure control design and evidence collection, and manage interdependent platforms such as CPQ, contract data models, provisioning, and billing

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program management experience in enterprise settings.
• Experience with enterprise systems integration and data flows between CPQ, ERP, billing and provisioning platforms.
• Led compliance or audit readiness programs (SOX, SOC) and understand control design and evidence collection.
• Ability to align engineers, finance, sales operations, legal and executives around priorities and decisions.
• Thrives in environments where operating models are still being defined.

Responsibilities

• Build and run cross-team planning and operating cadence for quote-to-cash initiatives.
• Drive top-priority cross-team programs end-to-end, from scoping to delivery across engineering, GTM systems, deal desk, and legal.
• Own the SOX readiness program for quote-to-cash systems, coordinating with internal audit.
• Manage technical dependencies across CPQ, contract data model, provisioning, billing platforms, and related integrations.
