Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own the planning and execution rhythm across quote-to-cash systems and related teams, driving the highest-priority cross-functional programs end to end.

You will coordinate dependencies across CPQ, contract data, provisioning, billing, and revenue recognition, delivering a single view of priorities for engineering and finance leadership, and own SOX readiness in the stack.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program management experience.
• Experience building cross-functional programs from scratch in ambiguous environments.
• Experience with enterprise systems integration: CPQ, ERP, billing, provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Build and run cross-team planning and operating cadence for quote-to-cash with a single source of truth.
• Drive high-priority cross-team programs end-to-end across engineering, GTM systems, deal desk, order management, accounting, and legal.
• Own the SOX readiness program for quote-to-cash systems: gap closure, control design, and evidence collection.
• Manage technical dependencies across the stack: CPQ, contract data model, provisioning automation, billing platform, and their integrations.
