Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Corporate Engineering to lead enterprise IT and office infrastructure programs across the company. You will partner with IT & Security to deliver tools, platforms, and experiences that enable Anthropic staff to work safely and productively.

You will guide multi-disciplinary programs—from endpoint management and network infra to AV systems and office buildouts—driving reliability, security, and scalable operations across global teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT, Corporate Engineering, or Enterprise Technology with at least 4+ years leading cross-functional programs.
• Technical background in enterprise IT systems including endpoint management, identity and access management, network infrastructure, and SaaS platforms.
• Experience leading office buildout or infrastructure deployment programs with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner across Corporate Engineering domains to drive alignment and delivery with globally distributed teams.
• Define and maintain architectural foundations to underpin corporate systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Lead office deployment and scaling programs across IT, Facilities, Security, and vendors to deliver operational workspaces.
• Own internal systems and infrastructure programs including network, AV equipment, printing, and building tech integrations.
• Lead endpoint and device management programs for laptops and mobile devices across the organization.
• Drive IT Operations excellence, improving service delivery and overall user experience.
• Manage enterprise software and platform programs from evaluation through deployment and optimization.
• Collaborate with Security, Facilities, People, Finance, and other functions to meet diverse needs.
• Communicate analyses and program status clearly to leadership and engineers alike.
