- Manage and coordinate multiple stakeholders to drive product development and service delivery
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities
- Develop and implement product and service roadmaps
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure effective product delivery
- Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics to ensure product and service success
- Monitor competition and provide insight on market dynamics
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product and service excellence
