Job summary

VETRO is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as a technical liaison between clients and our GIS platform. You will advise on best practices, drive adoption, and lead with hands-on technical leadership to ensure customers achieve maximum value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
Proven success in technical account management or similar tech roles.
Deep technical understanding of GIS systems or telecom sector.
Hands-on scripting and data manipulation/export/import knowledge.
Strong leadership and communication skills to guide customers.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted advisor on the platform, advise on best practices and tailored solutions.
Drive adoption and ensure customers realize maximum value from the platform.
Foster proactive relationships and lead with technical expertise.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
