Job summary

VETRO, a cutting-edge GIS platform provider, is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Portland, ME. You will deliver deep product expertise, run technical demos, and partner with product, marketing, and services to drive customer success.

You will articulate complex data flows between APIs and integrations, tailor demonstrations to diverse buyers, and help shape the GTM strategy through close collaboration with sales and engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales engineering, technical support, or engineering experience.
• Ability to demonstrate the value of a complex technical product to varied buyer personas.
• Experience in a start-up environment or startup mentality.

Responsibilities

• Explain technical concepts of the VETRO platform to prospects and teammates.
• Perform best-in-class technical demonstrations of the VETRO Platform.
• Be the go-to internal technical resource for the go-to-market team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with multiple prospects during the sales process.
• Communicate technical challenges, new use cases and pitch product ideas internally.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology developments.
