Job summary

VETRO FiberMap, Inc. seeks a technically adept Technical Account Manager to bridge between clients and our GIS platform. You will advise on best practices, understand clients’ environments, and drive platform adoption while maintaining strong relationships across Sales, Product, and Support teams.

Ideal candidates bring GIS or telecom sector experience, scripting know-how, and a proactive mindset focused on value delivery, retention, and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related technical field.
• Proven success in technical account management for complex B2B software solutions.
• Experience with GIS systems or telecom sector is highly desirable.
• Hands-on scripting, data manipulation, and export/import functionality.
• Strong leadership and communication to guide customers through technical challenges and inspire confidence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor on VETRO’s platform, offering guidance and tailored solutions.
• Understand customers’ technical environments, use cases, and objectives to drive adoption.
• Foster proactive relationships and deliver a hands-on approach for customer success.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to align on business objectives and customer needs.
• Anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Partner with Sales to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Stay informed on industry trends and feedback to influence the product roadmap.
