Job summary

Stripe, the global payments platform, is seeking aTechnical Account Manager in San Francisco, CA to support our largest and most complex users. You will build trusted relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver strategic guidance to optimize technical operations and drive global growth for customers leveraging Stripe's products.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in enterprise client-facing roles, strong APIs and SQL skills, and a proven ability to lead complex integration

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of enterprise-level, client-facing experience.
• Strong product sense and problem-solving for complex user needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead complex API integration discussions.
• Familiarity with APIs and explaining concepts to technical customers.
• Familiarity with SQL and building basic queries.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Gold Standard experience to key stakeholders at assigned accounts.
• Coordinate with Operations to share context and resources for a Gold Standard experience.
• Build long-term user relationships to increase loyalty.
• Work cross-functionally to implement operational solutions across fraud, declines, product adoption, and global expansion.
• Partner with Account Management and other user-facing teams.
• Lead user-facing meetings in person and by video.
• Contribute to the design of the support offering.
• Create user-facing content with long-term solutions.
