Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise-level client-facing work.
• Demonstrated expertise supporting billing companies, usage-based models, invoicing, revenue recognition, and scaling billing infrastructure.
• Strong product sense and communication skills.
• Ability to lead complex integration conversations in a consultative manner.
• Familiarity with APIs and explaining API concepts to technical customers.
• Proficient in SQL and building complex queries.
• Experience using AI coding agents to solve problems.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Adept client relationship management skills.
• Ability to engage in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide gold-standard experience to assigned accounts and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations to provide current state, resources, and knowledge across support channels.
• Foster long-term relationships to increase Stripe product loyalty.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver operational solutions (fraud, disputes, product adoption, global expansion).
• Coordinate with Account Management and user-facing teams in Stripe."
• Lead user-facing meetings in person and via video.
• Contribute to design of the support offering and create user-facing content for long-term solutions.
• Partner with other TAMs to deliver billing industry expertise and differentiated support.
• Visit billing users on-site to deepen relationships and surface technical challenges.
• Publish user case studies.
