Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Technical Account Manager to strategically support our largest and most complex users. You will build trusted relationships, provide tailored operational solutions, and lead cross-organizational conversations to optimize technical operations and drive global growth.

You will work with product, engineering, and account teams to deliver value, design scalable support, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise-level, client-facing experience.
• Strong product sense and enthusiasm for solving difficult user-related problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead complex integration conversations in a highly consultative and proactive manner.
• Familiarity with APIs and the ability to explain API concepts to technical customers.
• Familiarity with SQL and ability to build/modify complex queries.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and comfort working with technical teams.
• Strong client relationship management skills, including ability to lead business and technical conversations at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide a Gold Standard Experience to key stakeholders at assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to share context and resources for cross-team alignment.
• Build long-term user relationships to increase loyalty to Stripe and its products.
• Work cross-functionally to provide and implement operational solutions across fraud, declines, product adoption, and global expansion.
• Partner with Account Management and other user-facing teams to support Stripe users.
• Lead user-facing meetings in person and by video.
• Contribute to the continued design of this support offering.
• Create user-facing content that provides long-term solutions.
