Vaco by Highspring, based in Nashville, seeks an entrepreneurial Business Development professional to build a tech staffing book of business. You’ll own client relationships, drive revenue, and coordinate with recruiters to fulfill roles with top technology professionals.

This role offers a competitive base with uncapped commission, a collaborative team, and growth opportunities across national practices and services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology staffing, consulting, or solutions-sales.
• Proven track record of developing new business and achieving sales goals.
• Established relationships within the local technology community.

Responsabilités

• Develop and grow relationships with technology leaders (CIOs/CTOs).
• Generate new business via prospecting, networking, referrals, and social media.
• Sell tech staffing, direct-hire, project, and consulting solutions locally.
• Identify client needs, secure job orders, and manage opportunities end-to-end.
• Collaborate with recruiters to deliver high-quality tech professionals.
• Maintain accurate client, pipeline, and activity data in ATS/CRM.
