Job summary

Vaco by Highspring seeks a Senior Associate in Business Development to build a client book and close staffing, direct-hire, project, and consulting engagements. You will partner with recruiters to deliver high-quality professionals and own your market with strategic prospecting and a consultative approach.

You will engage with senior technology leaders, leverage national capabilities, and cultivate relationships to expand existing accounts while developing new ones.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of staffing, consulting, or solutions-sales experience.
• A demonstrated track record of developing new business and achieving sales or gross-margin goals.
• Established relationships within the local business community.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with technology leaders and other senior decision-makers.
• Generate new business through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, social media, and in-person meetings.
• Sell staffing, direct-hire, project, and consulting solutions within your local market.
• Identify client needs, secure new job orders, and manage opportunities from intake through fulfillment.
• Partner with recruiters to deliver high-quality professionals and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
