Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking an experienced Recruiter to identify exceptional technology talent, build trusted relationships, and guide candidates through career decisions. You will join an empowered, collaborative culture where recruiters develop specialized talent networks and deliver meaningful results.

You will recruit for staff augmentation, project support, consulting, and direct-hire opportunities, while building pipelines and partnering with business development to align client needs

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful technology recruiting, staffing, consulting, or related industry experience.
• Demonstrated track record of sourcing specialized technology talent and completing placements.
• Working knowledge of technology roles, skill sets, and talent-market trends.
• Strong interviewing, networking, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, engage, evaluate, and recruit technology professionals for staff augmentation, project, consulting, and direct-hire opportunities.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified active and passive candidates through networking, referrals, social media, market intelligence, and direct outreach.
• Conduct candidate interviews to understand technical experience, career goals, compensation expectations, work preferences, and specialized skill requirements.
• Partner closely with business development professionals to understand client needs, clarify technical and functional requirements, and create effective recruiting strategies.
• Assess candidate qualifications and present well-matched professionals with clear, accurate summaries of their experience, motivation, and fit.
• Manage candidates throughout the hiring process, including interview preparation, feedback, offer support, onboarding coordination, and ongoing communication.
• Develop long-term candidate relationships that generate repeat engagement and referrals.
• Collaborate across offices, practices, and markets to share talent and support client delivery.
• Maintain accurate candidate, job, placement, and activity information in our ATS and CRM system.
• Achieve individual recruiting, placement, activity, and performance objectives.
