Job summary

Omega Hires is seeking a Client Partner / Account Growth & Delivery Manager to lead growth and delivery for US technology staffing accounts. You will build trusted relationships with client hiring managers, procurement teams, and MSP/VMS stakeholders, own revenue targets, and guide delivery performance across the full staffing lifecycle.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the US technology staffing industry.
• Proven ability to grow staffing accounts and meet revenue targets.
• Experience managing full staffing lifecycle from intake to onboarding.
• Strong understanding of US talent market conditions and rates.
• Experience with ATS, CRM, and VMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing US technology staffing accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with client hiring managers, procurement teams, and MSP/VMS stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to expand into new departments and hiring teams.
• Own account revenue, gross-margin, placement, and delivery targets.
• Develop account plans and maintain revenue forecasts.
• Lead client meetings, business reviews, and delivery-performance reviews.
• Gather and qualify staffing requirements including skills, rates, timelines.
• Translate client needs into recruiting and delivery strategies.
• Partner with recruiters to prioritize requisitions and ensure timely submissions.
• Monitor delivery metrics like time to fill, submissions, and placements.
• Resolve delivery challenges and client escalations.
• Support recruiters with market insights and candidate positioning.
• Participate in hands-on recruiting for critical roles.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and account retention.
