Job summary

ManpowerGroup's global Talent Acquisition team is seeking an experienced Recruiting Business Partner for a 11-month contract in Seattle, WA. This role partners with hiring managers across Public and Commercial sectors to drive recruiting for technical roles and senior positions.

You will own closing, offers, immigration, pre-boarding and onboarding, and you must be a strong closer who can bring very high-level candidates into the organization. Onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or technical environments and for executive roles.
• Must be located in Seattle and willing to work in the office.
• Experience recruiting for high-level sales roles, Solution Architects, and GTM for tech companies.
• Knowledge of Boolean search, sourcing tools, and passive candidate identification.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers through closing and offers.
• Counsel on compensation, leveling, and offer strategy.
• Ensure timely candidate experience and efficient offer processes.
• Manage immigration cases and visa sponsorship with internal teams.
• Own end-to-end offer process: approvals, generation, extension, negotiation.
• Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding logistics.
• Maintain accurate ATS pipeline data and data integrity.
