ManpowerGroup is seeking a Recruiter II for Public Sector in Seattle, WA. This 11-month contract role is 100% onsite, paying $42–$45/hour. You will manage the full recruitment cycle for high-volume security clearance roles, using LinkedIn Recruiter, Hire ATS, and AI tools to source and evaluate candidates.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years' corporate recruiting experience.
• U.S. citizenship required to support cleared recruiting efforts.
• Experience using AI tools and modern ATS, especially LinkedIn Recruiter and Hire ATS.
• Ability to work independently with a globally dispersed team.
• Experience handling high-volume requisitions (20+ reqs).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for high-volume security clearance roles.
• Source and evaluate candidates using ATS tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Hire ATS).
• Conduct interviews, check references, and extend offers.
• Collaborate with a geographically dispersed team to meet hiring goals.
• Maintain compliance with security and confidentiality requirements.
