Dynatrace is seeking an ambitious recruiter to support rapid growth across North America and Latin America. You will partner with leaders across Marketing, Sales and Post‑Sales to develop proactive recruitment strategies and provide an exceptional candidate experience.

You will build strong relationships, manage the end-to-end process, and leverage market insights to craft competitive offers. The role emphasizes collaboration with HR, employer branding, and senior stakeholders to drive hiring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years recruitment experience in tech/software preferred.
• Experience recruiting Marketing, Sales, and Post‑Sales professionals across NA/LA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement timely, results‑driven recruiting strategies for Sales, Marketing, Leadership and Post‑Sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and leaders across NA/LA regions.
• Partner with leadership to act as trusted advisor and achieve hiring goals.
• Spearhead activities to attract top talent and improve pipeline activity.
• Provide regular updates to hiring teams and recommend actions based on data.
