UKG Inc. is seeking a Principal Technology Partner Executive on our Technology Partnerships team.

You will manage and grow relationships with OEM and resale partners in the HCM, WFM, and HRSD markets, shaping offerings and coordinating cross-functional work from concept to launch. You will lead joint innovation with product teams, identify customer needs, and ensure partner solutions align with UKG's strategy and deliver value to customers worldwide.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of enterprise SaaS business experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives with deadlines.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to decisions benefiting UKG and customers.

Aufgaben

• Lead relationships with OEM and resale partners, aligning partnership plans, business objectives, responsibilities, and measures of success.
• Work with executive, product, technology, sales, marketing, legal, finance, and operations teams to develop and launch partner offerings.
• Help shape and execute global product, partnership, and go-to-market strategies for OEM and resale solutions.
• Coordinate the partner solution lifecycle, including requirements, integration design, product readiness, launch, and ongoing performance.
• Proactively resolve business, technical, commercial, and sales channel issues; advocate for partners and UKG.
• Define partnership requirements and evaluate performance using qualitative and quantitative measures.
• Coordinate joint sales activities and help develop new business opportunities with key partners.
• Stay current on global industry developments and HCM/WFM trends to inform strategy.
