Job summary

UKG is hiring a Principal Technology Partner Executive to manage OEM and resale partnerships in HCM and WFM markets. You will drive joint innovation, align offerings with UKG strategy, and lead cross-functional programs across a global organization.

Responsibilities include shaping global go-to-market strategies, coordinating lifecycle activities, and ensuring partner solutions deliver customer value and revenue growth while staying aligned with UKG priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise SaaS business experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and deadlines.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in management consulting, channel sales, partner management.

Responsibilities

• Lead relationships with OEM and resale partners, aligning partnership plans, business objectives, responsibilities, and measures of success.
• Work with executive, product, technology, sales, marketing, legal, finance, and operations teams to develop and launch partner offerings aligned with UKG’s priorities.
• Help shape and execute global product, partnership, and go-to-market strategies for OEM and resale solutions.
• Coordinate the partner solution lifecycle, including requirements, integration design, product readiness, launch, and ongoing performance.
• Proactively resolve business, technical, commercial, and sales channel issues; serve as an internal advocate for partners and a partner advocate for UKG.
• Define partnership requirements and evaluate performance using qualitative and quantitative measures; gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve partner processes and results.
• Coordinate joint sales activities and help develop new business opportunities with key partners.
• Stay current on global industry developments and HCM and WFM trends to inform partnership strategy.
