UKG is seeking a Principal Technology Partner Executive to lead OEM and resale partnerships within its Human Capital Management and Workforce Management markets. You will drive joint innovation with UKG Product teams, identify customer needs, and shape offerings that extend UKG’s product lines.

You'll coordinate cross-functional work from concept to launch, align commercial goals, and ensure partner solutions deliver value for customers while advancing UKG's strategic priorities on a global

Formación

• 10+ years of enterprise SaaS business experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives and deadlines while prioritizing milestones.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Commitment to decisions benefiting UKG and its customers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead relationships with OEM and resale partners and define success metrics.
• Collaborate with executive, product, technology, sales, marketing, legal, finance, and ops teams to launch offerings.
• Shape and execute global product, partnership, and go-to-market strategies.
• Coordinate the partner solution lifecycle from requirements to launch and performance.
• Resolve business, technical, and sales-channel issues; advocate for partners and UKG.
• Define partnership requirements and assess performance using qualitative and quantitative measures.
• Coordinate joint sales activities and develop new business with key partners.
• Stay current on HCM/WFM trends to inform strategy.
