Job summary

AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation is seeking an experienced Corporate / Technical Recruiter to lead high-volume, fast-paced recruitment for both technical and corporate roles. You will partner with hiring managers, own the full lifecycle, and deliver top talent with a focus on proactive sourcing.

The role requires deep technical knowledge to discuss requirements and a strong candidate experience from outreach through hire. Remote, nationwide applicants encouraged.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of proven recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a technical focus.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to discuss requirements with hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand objectives, role requirements, and candidate profiles.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to hire.
• Conduct behavioral, competency-based, and skill-based interviews.
• Source candidates through networks, social media, referrals, job boards, and other strategies.
• Maintain candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite).
